Pick-me-up Juice!!

Winter is on its way and we don't want to get sick so here is the ultimate pick-me-up for when you feel a cold coming on.
This juice is packed full of vitamin C in its strongest and purest form.


Ingredients:

150g Blackcurrants
150g Redcurrants
2 Kiwi fruit, peeled
2 Oranges, peeled

Put the blackcurrants,redcurrants,kiwi fruit and oranges through a juice extractor.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

The zesty flavours of this citrus combination are guaranteed to kick-start your day as well as your taste buds.

2 Grapefruit, peeled
2 Oranges, peeled
1 Lemon, peeled

Put all the ingredients through a juice extractor. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
You can also make this juice in a citrus juicer with halved fruits.

Quick, Easy and Healthy Smoothie

Blue Berry Smoothie Recipe


2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
180g milk
360g pineapple juice
3 tablespoons honey
12 to 16 ice cubes


Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth. With blender running, add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through the center opening in the lid until all ice cubes have been added. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately. This smoothie recipe makes 4 servings.
